David J. Jilk CEO
Mr. Jilk has an extensive business and technical background in both the software industry and the
Internet. Until January 2006 he was CEO of Xaffire, Inc., a developer of web application management software. Previously,
he was co-founder and CEO of Wideforce Systems, Inc.; Associate Partner at SOFTBANK Venture Capital (now Mobius); CTO
at planet U, Inc. and Bigbow.com, Inc.; President and CEO of GO Software, Inc.; and Vice President and co-founder of Feld Technologies,
Inc. He independently advises startup firms and has provided technology due-diligence services for a variety of investors and acquirers. Jilk
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Randall C. O'Reilly Chief Scientist
Dr. O'Reilly is Associate Professor of Psychology at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
He is a leading researcher in the field of computational cognitive neuroscience, which aims to provide
insight into the operations of the brain through biologically realistic computer models. He is the lead
developer of the PDP++ neural network modeling environment and the inventor of the “Leabra”
learning algorithm, which combines the two major mechanisms for neural network learning into a single,
biologically realistic approach with improved performance. O’Reilly has published more than fifty peer-reviewed
papers, book chapters, and conference articles; is currently a member of the editorial boards for Psychological Review and
Hippocampus and previously for Cognitive Science; has raised or managed $5 million in research grant funds from both
military and health sources; and has cumulatively supervised more than a dozen graduate students and postdoctoral researchers.
O’Reilly completed a postdoctoral assignment at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earned his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in
Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University and was awarded an A.B. degree with highest honors in Psychology from Harvard University.
